Shipping and Returns

Due to the personal nature of handmade soaps and body butters, products cannot be returned. If there is an issue please let us know and we'll see what can be arranged to satisfy your needs. We value each customer and will make it right for you.

Soap weights and color may vary as all soaps are handmade and hand cut.

ALLERGIES

It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it on your full face or body.

Damages

Lara Andrew is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Shipment Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays. During the months of June, July and August all orders received will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays due to the nature of our products.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping and handling charges are calculated during checkout and are standard USPS Priority Mail rates. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 (minimum purchase price subject to decrease when we're running special deals, see details at checkout), free local delivery within select NJ locations, and always free order pickup at local craft fairs. Please see shipping options at checkout for details.

USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days, including Saturdays in some areas.

Free 2-3 day drop off if you live locally. 

$5.99 2-3 day shipping throughout the rest of NJ and NY.

$9.95 (and up) 2-3 day shipping for the other continental states.

Delivery delays do occasionally occur. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
