WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST SHIPMENT?

If a payment does not process properly, we will wait to send your box until we can get in touch with you or until we see that your billing information has been updated successfully. Orders are only sent after payments are processed.

My Favorite Things Subscribers:

All boxes will ship within 7 days of receiving your initial payment. All subsequent boxes will be shipped by the 15th of each month until you cancel or pause your subscription. 

Seasonal Soap Box and Beauty Bundle Box Subscribers:

All boxes will ship within 7 days of receiving payment until you cancel or pause your subscription.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Yes! Shipping and handling fees, as well as taxes, are all included in your subscription price.

CAN I SEND A SUBSCRIPTION BOX AS A GIFT?

Yes absolutely, that would be a great idea! Leave us a message in the "Note For Seller" section of the checkout screen, to let us know this is being sent as a gift. You will be contacted via email for more information, so check your spam! We will not ship until we get in touch with you.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

When you place your order you will be billed right away to start your subscription. If you choose the quarterly payment option, you will receive one box per payment. 

My Favorite Things Subscribers:

Your first payment will cover the entire subscription term. Your next payment will be either 3 or 6 months later (depending on the option you choose), and will automatically renew. 

Seasonal Soap Box and Beauty Bundle Box Subscribers:

All subsequent payments will be automatically processed every three months, on or near the date you initially subscribed.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

There is no fee to pause or cancel your subscription.

My Favorite Things Subscribers:

 You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscriptions anytime before your 3 or 6-month cycle automatically renews. Monthly box subscription cancellation requests are made effective at the end of the term. Since these subscriptions offer a discount they are nonrefundable.

Seasonal Soap Box and Beauty Bundle Box Subscribers:

Your subscription can be canceled or paused anytime before your renewal is set to process. If you pause/cancel after the next box payment is processed, you will still receive that box, and the pause/cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
